Telecom Italia to sell fixed-rate notes due 2023

Portland, Ore., Jan. 12 – Telecom Italia SpA plans to sell a to-be-determined amount of fixed-rate notes due in 2023, according to a stabilization release that appeared on Thursday.

BNP Paribas, Banca IMI, Mediobanca, SG CIB, UniCredit, BBVA, Credit Agricole CIB, Credit Suisse, HSBC, MUFG and Natixis are the stabilization managers.

The prospective issuer is a Rome-based telecommunications company.
