Telecom Italia sets initial talk on benchmark euro-denominated five-year bullet in low-7% area

Portland, Ore., Jan. 19 – Telecom Italia SpA set initial guidance on a benchmark euro-denominated offering of TIM SpA five-year senior bullet notes in the low-7% area, according to market sources.
Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan are the lead bookrunners. BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole, UniCredit, SMBC and MUFG are joint bookrunners.
The Turin, Italy-based telecom plans to use the proceeds to repay debt.
