Tekni-Plex hires Rothschild to explore strategic alternatives

Pittsburgh, Nov. 14 - Tekni-Plex, Inc. has hired Rothschild Inc. in connection with the company's evaluation of its strategic alternatives, according to a company news release.

The company said its options could include sale/leaseback transactions, divestitures and debt refinancings or restructurings.

Tekni-Plex is a Somerville, N.J.-based packaging company.
