Tekcore plans up to NT$1 billion three-year convertibles in two parts

Madison, Wis., March 4 - Tekcore Co., Ltd. is planning a second and third issue of 0% three-year domestic convertible bonds, according to Taiwan Stock Exchange announcements.

The second issue will total no more than NT$800 million, and the third issue will total no more than NT$200 million.

The bonds will be issued at par.

Proceeds will be used to repay bank borrowings and to improve the company's financial structure.

Gfortune Securities Co., Ltd. will act as the underwriter.

Tekcore is an LED wafer and chip production company based in Nantou, Taiwan.
