S&P alters Teine Energy view to stable

S&P said it revised Teine Energy Ltd.’s outlook to stable from negative and affirmed the B issuer and B+ senior unsecured ratings.

The outlook revision follows S&P’s revision for the oil and natural gas price assumptions on March 8. “We project improved cash flow metrics for Teine during 2021 and 2022, supported by the company's light oil-focused product mix and competitive cost structure,” the agency said in a press release.

S&P said it sees Teine’s fully adjusted two-year funds from operations (FFO)-to-debt ratio staying above 30%.
