S&P ups Tegrant outlook to stable

Standard & Poor's said it revised the outlook on Tegrant Corp. to stable from negative.

At the same time, the agency said it affirmed all its ratings, including the CCC corporate credit rating, on the company.

"The outlook revision follows improved year-over-year first-half earnings as extensive restructuring actions have reduced costs and changes in the product mix helped boost operating margins," said credit analyst Ket Gondha.
