Team Health to redeem $45.52 million 11¼% notes due 2013 on Dec. 1

Cleveland, Nov. 1 - Team Health Holdings, Inc. announced that its subsidiaries Team Finance, LLC and Health Finance Corp., Inc. will redeem their outstanding $45,523,000 11¼% senior subordinated notes due 2013.

The notes will be redeemed at 102.813 plus accrued interest on Dec. 1.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

Team Health is a Knoxville, Tenn.-based provider of outsourced medical staffing, management, administrative and other support services.
