By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, April 12 - Danish telecommunications company TDC A/S is expected to launch an offering of 10-year senior notes early next week, according to a market source.

Although the size of the deal has not been disclosed, the company will use the proceeds to repay its existing €1.1 billion bridge facility, the source added.

Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan will be joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A/Regulation S deal. Credit Suisse will also be involved in the transaction.

TDC A/S is a subsidiary of Nordic Telephone Company Holdings, ApS, which is headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.
