Taylor Bean creditors committee reappointed following resignation

Pittsburgh, March 25 - Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp.'s official committee of unsecured creditors was reappointed by its U.S. trustee to reflect the resignation of one member, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Specifically, Erika Lance of Nationwide Title Clearing has resigned from the committee.

The committee is now comprised of David L. Petro of ICBA Mortgage Inc. of Washington, D.C.; Sheryl Newman, representing Lender Processing Services, Inc. and related affiliates of Jacksonville, Fla.; Craig Zinda of First American Real Estate Tax Service, LLC of Westlake, Texas; and Martin Tabinowitz of American Express, based in New York.

Taylor Bean, an Ocala, Fla.-based mortgage banker, filed for bankruptcy on Aug. 24, 2009. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-07047.
