New Issue: Tarrant Regional Water District, Texas, sells $140 million bonds privately

New York, Dec. 4 – The Tarrant Regional Water District of Texas priced $140 million of series 2015 water transmission facilities revenue bonds through a private placement, according to a filing from the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The bonds (Aa1/AAA/) are due 2017 to 2045 with 0.45% to 3.21% coupons all priced at par.
Proceeds will be used to pay for the design, acquisition and construction of costs related to the Dallas project, a water transmission contract.
