New Issue: Tarrant Regional Water, Texas, sells $156.47 million of water bonds

New York, Feb. 6 – The Tarrant Regional Water District of Texas sold $156.47 million of series 2015 water revenue refunding bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (/AAA/AA+) were sold through Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
The bonds are due 2016 to 2029 with 2% to 5% coupons and 0.3% to 2.41% yields.
Proceeds will be used to refund the district’s series 2006 water revenue bonds.
