Tarrant Regional Water, Texas, defeases $109.7 million of water bonds

Minneapolis, Dec. 21 - Tarrant Regional Water District of Texas defeased $109.7 million of its series 2012A water revenue refunding and improvement bonds, according to a Rule 15c2-12 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The following bonds will be redeemed at par on March 1, 2013:

• $20,775,000 of 5.375% bonds due March 1, 2014;

• $21.92 million of 5.375% bonds due March 1, 2015;

• $23.13 million of 5.375% bonds due March 1, 2016;

• $23,795,000 of 5.25% bonds due March 1, 2017;

• $3.61 million of 5.25% bonds due March 1, 2018;

• $3,805,000 of 5.25% bonds due March 1, 2019;

• $4.01 million of 5.25% bonds due March 1, 2020; and

• $8,655,000 of 5% bonds due March 1, 2022.
