Tarrant County Cultural, Texas, defeases Scott & White, Baylor bonds

Norfolk, Va., May 22 – The Tarrant County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corp. defeased its series 2008A, 2009 and 2010 hospital revenue bonds, according to multiple notices.

The following 2008A bonds issued for the Scott & White Memorial Hospital and Scott, Sherwood and Brindley Foundation Project will be redeemed on Aug. 15, 2018:

• $3,645,000 of 5% bonds due Aug. 15, 2019;

• $16,715,000 of 5% bonds due Aug. 15, 2023; and

• $19.48 million of 5.25% bonds due Aug. 15, 2028.

The following 2009 bonds issued for the Baylor Health Care System Project will be redeemed on Nov. 15, 2018:

• $2.12 million of 5% bonds due Nov. 15, 2019;

• $29,795,000 of 5.75% bonds due Nov. 15, 2024; and

• $39.88 million of 6.25% bonds due Nov. 15, 2029.

The following 2010 bonds issued for the Scott & White HealthCare Project will be redeemed on Aug. 15, 2020:

• $205,000 of 5% bonds due Aug. 15, 2021;

• $4.57 million of 5.25% bonds due Aug. 15, 2021;

• $240,000 of 4.5% bonds due Aug. 15, 2022;

• $4.75 million of 5.25% bonds due Aug. 15, 2022;

• $415,000 of 5% bonds due Aug. 15, 2023;

• $5,025,000 of 5.25% bonds due Aug. 15, 2023;

• $415,000 of 5% bonds due Aug. 15, 2024;

• $5,375,000 of 5.25% bonds due Aug. 15, 2024;

• $1,455,000 of 4.75% bonds due Aug. 15, 2025;

• $4,785,000 of 5.25% bonds due Aug. 15, 2025; and

• $13.83 million of 5% bonds due Aug. 15, 2030.
