Tarrant County Cultural Education, Texas, offers $52.36 million bonds

New York, April 28 – The Tarrant County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corp. of Texas is set to price $52,355,000 of series 2015A retirement facility revenue bonds for the Northwest Senior Housing Corp. – Edgemere Project, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (//BBB) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Ziegler Inc. as the underwriter.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to refund the corporation’s series 2006A revenue bonds and terminate a related swap agreement.
