New Issue: Baylor Health, Texas, prices $63.05 million taxable bonds

New York, April 10 - The Tarrant County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corp. of Texas priced $63,045,000 of series 2013C taxable revenue bonds for the Baylor Health Care System, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (/AA-/) were sold through J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc.

The bonds are due Nov. 15, 2043 with a 4.45% coupon priced at par.

Proceeds will be used to refinance the costs to construct and equip health facilities for Baylor Health Care System.
