Tarrant County Cultural Education Facilities to sell $63.04 million of hospital revenue bonds

Tupelo, Miss., April 4 - Tarrant County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corp. of Texas plans to price $63,035,000 of series 2013C taxable hospital revenue bonds (/AA-/) for Baylor Health Care System, according to a preliminary official statement.

J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. will manage the negotiated sale.

Proceeds will be used to refinance the costs to construct and equip health facilities for Baylor Health Care System.
