Tarrant County Cultural Education, Texas, to sell $166.71 million bonds for Baylor Health

Tupelo, Miss., April 4 - Tarrant County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corp. of Texas intends to sell $166,705,000 of series 2013A hospital revenue bonds (/AA-/) for Baylor Health Care System, according to a preliminary official statement.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are the senior managers of the negotiated sale. Co-managers are Estrada Hinojosa & Co., Inc., Rice Financial Products Co. and Siebert Brandford Shank & Co., LLC.

Proceeds will be used to refinance the costs to construct and equip health care facilities for Baylor Health Care System.
