New York, Feb. 22 - The Tarrant County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corp. of Texas sold $176.69 million of series 2013A hospital revenue bonds for Scott & White Health Care, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (A1/A/AA-) were sold through Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
The bonds are due 2015 to 2028 with term bonds due in 2033, 2036 and 2043. The serial bonds have 5% coupons. The 2033 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 113.657, and the 2036 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 112.166. The 2043 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 98.267 and a 5% coupon priced at 110.426.
Proceeds will be used to construct and equip health facilities and refund existing Scott & White debt.
