Tarrant County Cultural, Texas, preps $177.61 million sale of Scott & White Health revenue bonds

New York, Feb. 13 - The Tarrant County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corp. of Texas is expected to price $177,605,000 of series 2013A hospital revenue bonds for Scott & White Health Care, said a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (A1/A/AA-) will be sold through Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to construct and equip health facilities and refund existing Scott & White debt.
