Tarrant County Cultural, Texas, to sell $50 million for Baylor Health

New York, June 3 - The Tarrant County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corp. plans to price $50 million of series 2011B seven-month-window variable-rate demand revenue bonds for Baylor Health Care System, said a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Aa1/P-1/AA-/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as the manager.

The maturity date has not been set.

Proceeds will be used to finance the construction and equipment of Baylor Health facilities.
