Tarrant County, Texas, stops redemption of 2008 Scott and White bonds

Madison, Wis., April 11 - Tarrant County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corp. has rescinded the planned full redemption of its outstanding Scott and White Memorial Hospital and Scott, Sherwood and Brindley Foundation Project series 2008-1 and 2008-2 hospital revenue bonds.

The bonds were originally to be redeemed on April 12 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Affected were $85.775 million of 2008-1 bonds due Aug. 15, 2041 and $94.395 million of 2008-2 bonds due Aug. 15, 2046.

Scott and White Memorial Hospital is based in Temple, Texas.
