Tarrant County, Texas, rescinds planned redemption of 2008-3 Scott & White hospital bonds

Madison, Wis., Aug. 25 - The Tarrant County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corp. of Texas has rescinded the planned redemption of its $56.225 million Scott and White Memorial Hospital and Scott, Sherwood and Brindley Foundation Project hospital revenue bonds, series 2008-3, according to a notice.

The bonds due Aug. 15, 2046 were originally to be redeemed on Aug. 24 at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA was the trustee.
