Tarrant Cultural Education Facilities, Texas, to sell $77.655 million bonds for Hendrick Medical

New York, Aug. 27 - The Tarrant County Cultural Education Facilities Financing Authority of Texas is expected to price $77.655 million of series 2009 revenue bonds (Aa2/AAA/) for the Hendrick Medical Center on Wednesday, said a sales calendar.

The sale includes $33.5 million of series 2009A bonds and $44.155 million of series 2009B bonds.

Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc. is the senior manager.

Proceeds will be used to fund improvements at the medical center, which is based in Abilene.
