Tarrant County Cultural Education, Texas, to sell $79.33 million bonds for Mirador Tuesday

New York, Oct. 30 - The Tarrant County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corp. in Texas is set to sell $79.325 million in series 2009 retirement facility revenue bonds on Tuesday, according to a sale calendar.

The deal includes $62.225 million in series 2009A fixed-rate bonds, $9.6 million in series 2009B-1 tax-exempt mandatory paydown securities and $7.5 million in series 2009B-2 tax-exempt mandatory paydown securities.

Ziegler Capital Markets Inc. is the lead manager.

Proceeds will be used to construct a senior living facility in Corpus Christi, Texas.
