S&P rates Scott and White bonds AA-

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AA- rating to Tarrant County Cultural Education Facilities Corp., Texas' $172.285 million series 2008A fixed-rate bonds issued for Scott and White Memorial Hospital and Scott, Sherwood and Brindley Foundation. The outlook is stable.

Scott and White will use series 2008A proceeds to refund its series 2000B-1, 2000B-2, 2001-1, and 2001-2 debt, previously issued in the variable-rate demand bond mode.
