Tarrant Apparel stockholder reports 5.4% stake

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 20 - Serge Kraif reported the purchase of 25,406 shares of Tarrant Apparel Group common stock on Nov. 10 in a schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Kraif beneficially owns 1,665,164 shares, or 5.4%, of the company's outstanding stock.

Tarrant is a Los Angeles-based design and sourcing company for private-label and private-brand casual apparel.
