Tarragon disclosure statement hearing pushed back to Oct. 6

Pittsburgh, Sept. 24 - Tarragon Corp.'s disclosure statement approval hearing has been adjourned to Oct. 6 from Sept. 24, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.

Tarragon, a New York homebuilder, filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 12, 2009. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-10555.
