Targa Resources Partners call $209.08 million 8¼% senior notes in full

Kansas City, Kan., Oct. 19 - Targa Resources Partners LP and Targa Resources Partners Finance Corp. will redeem all $209.08 million of their 8¼% senior notes due July 1, 2016, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on Nov. 19 at 104.125 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

U.S. Bank, NA is the trustee.

Targa Resources is a Houston-based provider of midstream natural gas and natural gas liquids services.
