S&P Targa unchanged

Standard & Poor's said its B+ issue rating and 5 recovery rating on Targa Resources Partners LP and its subsidiary Targa Resources Partners Finance Corp.'s 6.875% senior notes due 2021 remain unchanged after the deal was upsized by $75 million to $325 million.

The partnership successfully upsized the deal due to favorable market conditions, S&P said.
