Moody's could cut Tamweel

Moody's Investors Service said it placed the Baa3 long-term ratings of Tamweel PJSC, its Prime-3 short-term ratings, as well as the long-term ratings of two sukuk programs - Tamweel Sukuk Ltd. and Tamweel Funding III Ltd., on review for downgrade.

Moody's said the actions follow the review for downgrade of its majority shareholder Dubai Islamic Bank PJSC.
