Tampa, Fla., to sell $56.1 million solid waste system refunding bonds

New York, July 21 - The City of Tampa, Fla., is expected to price $56.1 million in series 2010 solid waste system refunding revenue bonds, according to a preliminary official statement. Pricing is expected during the week of July 26.

The bonds (A3//A) will be sold on a negotiated basis with RBC Capital Markets Corp. as the senior manager. The co-managers are Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. and Fifth Third Securities Inc.

Proceeds will be used to refund the city's series 1999 solid waste revenue bonds.
