TallyGenicom assumes court-approved name change to Printing Solutions

Pittsburgh, April 17 - TallyGenicom LP obtained court approval to change its name to Printing Solutions LP, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

In addition, TallyGenicom Holdings LLC's name was changed to Printing Solutions LLC.

According to the motion, TallyGenicom's asset purchase agreement requires it to change its name within 30 days of the sale closing. The new name could not include the words Tally or Genicom.

TallyGenicom, LP, a Chantilly, Va., provider of printing solutions, filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 29. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-10266.
