Take Solutions to discuss issuing convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 25 - Take Solutions Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider plans to issue foreign currency convertible bonds at a committee meeting of the board of directors on March 3.

Securities may also include equity shares and other convertible instruments.

Take Solutions is a Chennai, India-based technology company.
