New Issue: JPMorgan sells $2.33 million contingent interest autocallables tied to stocks

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, Sept. 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.33 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due Sept. 24, 2019 linked to the least performing of the class A common stock of Tyson Foods, Inc. and the common stocks of Archer-Daniels-Midland Co., Sysco Corp. and Mead Johnson Nutrition Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will pay a contingent monthly coupon at an annual rate of 10% if each stock closes at or above its coupon barrier level, 50% of its initial level, on the review date for that month.

The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if each stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any stock finishes below its 50% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worst performing stock.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
