Synthon tightens €360 million term loan B OID to 99.5

New York, Nov. 2 – Synthon (Stamina BidCo BV) changed the original issue discount on its €360 million seven-year covenant-lite term loan B (B2/B) to 99.5 from 99, according to a market source.

Pricing on the term loan remained at Euribor plus 450 basis points with a 0% floor.

The term loan has 101 soft call protection for six months.

Barclays is the sole physical bookrunner and agent on the deal. ABN Amro, Mizuho and Rabobank are joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.

BC Partners is the sponsor.

Synthon is a Nijmegen, the Netherlands-based producer of generic drugs.
