Offering sells 10 million common shares with three-year warrants

Knoxville, Tenn., June 7 – Avrupa Minerals Ltd. said it has arranged a C$1 million private placement of units.
The company will sell 10 million units of one common share and one warrant at C$0.10 per unit. The warrants are each exercisable at C$0.15 for three years. The strike price reflects a 25% premium to the June 6 closing share price of C$0.12.
Proceeds will be used for administration costs and early-stage exploration.
Avrupa is a Vancouver, B.C.-based copper, gold, tin, tungsten, silver, base metals and uranium exploration and development company.
