Symphony CLO XIV directed to redeem eight classes of notes Oct. 15

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 1 – Symphony CLO XIV, Ltd./Symphony CLO XIV, LLC received direction from holders of a majority of its subordinated notes to redeem eight classes of notes in whole on Oct. 15, according to a notice.

The class A-1-R, A-2-R, A-3-R, B-1-R, B-2-R, C-1-R, C-2-R and D-1 notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date.

Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas is the trustee.
