New Issue: Barclays prices $1.7 million trigger autocallables linked to Symantec

New York, Nov. 13 - Barclays Bank plc priced $1,698,000 of trigger autocallable optimization notes due Nov. 14, 2018 linked to Symantec Corp. shares, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called at par plus an annualized call premium of 10% if Symantec closes above its initial share price on any quarterly observation date after one year.
The payout at maturity will be par unless Symantec stock finishes below its 61% trigger, in which case investors will be exposed to any losses.
UBS Financial Services Inc. and Barclays are the underwriters.
