Sylph announces repurchase of all ¥500 million of notes on Aug. 22

Minneapolis, Aug. 21 - Sylph Ltd. will repurchase all ¥500 million of its notes (ISIN: XS0736414979), according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on Aug. 22.

HSBC Bank plc is the paying agent.
