Sylph announces repurchase ¥1.85 billion of notes from nine issues

Minneapolis, March 14 - Sylph Ltd. repurchased ¥1.85 billion of its notes, according to separate releases.

Sylph made the following repurchases:

• ¥50 million of notes (ISIN: XS0670569069). Following the March 5 transaction, ¥1.35 billion remains;

• ¥350 million of notes (ISIN: XS0556478013). Following the March 5 transaction, ¥1.8 billion remains;

• ¥350 million of notes (ISIN: XS0656924734) Following the March 9 transaction, ¥600 million remains;

• ¥150 million of notes (ISIN: XS0556478013). Following the March 9 transaction, ¥1.65 billion remains;

• ¥350 million of notes (ISIN: XS0566048632). Following the March 9 transaction, ¥900 million remains;

• ¥100 million of notes (ISIN: XS0597573772). Following the March 9 transaction, ¥1.45 billion remains;

• ¥250 million of notes (ISIN XS0605474831). Following the March 9 transaction, ¥1.75 billion remains;

• ¥150 million of notes (ISIN: XS0611920934). Following the March 9 transaction, ¥1.2 billion remains; and

• ¥100 million of notes (ISIN: XS0556478013). Following the March 2 transaction, ¥2.15 billion remains.
