Denmark’s Sydbank hosts meetings for new green senior transaction

Chicago, Sept. 20 – Sydbank AS is holding investor meetings on Tuesday for a new green non-preferred senior transaction (A3), according to a market source.

Nykredit is coordinating the roadshow logistics.

The size has been set at €500 million, with the offering to have a three-year tenor and two years of call protection.

BNP Paribas, Danske Bank, J.P. Morgan, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg and Nikredit are listed as joint lead managers.

The prospective issuer is an Aabenraa, Denmark-based bank.
