ELM repurchases, cancels €18.5 million fixed-rate notes due 2028

New York, Aug. 6 – ELM BV has repurchased and canceled €18.5 million in aggregate principal amount of its secured fixed-rate notes due 2028, according to a company announcement.
The remaining aggregate principal amount outstanding is €16.5 million.
Based in Amsterdam, ELM is a special purpose entity formed to issue debt securities to repay credit facilities, refinance debt and for acquisition purposes for Swiss Reinsurance Co. Ltd.
