New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $635,000 market-linked notes tied to index basket

Chicago, Aug. 2 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $635,000 of 0% market-linked notes due July 29, 2022 linked to a basket consisting of the Euro Stoxx 50 index, the DAX index and the Swiss Market index, equally weighted, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 155% of any basket gain.
If the basket falls, the payout will be par.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
