S&P changes Swiss Life view to positive

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on Swiss Life and the group's holding company, Swiss Life Holding AG, to positive from stable.

The agency also affirmed the A- insurer financial strength and counterparty credit ratings on the core operating entities, the BBB counterparty credit rating on the holding company and the BBB issue ratings on the group's senior unsecured subordinated and junior subordinated notes.

S&P said the outlook revision reflects its view that Swiss Life's enterprise risk management and capital adequacy have improved and that its financial risk profile is strong.
