Sveriges Bostadsfin buys back SEK 130 million of notes from two series

San Diego, Feb. 24 - Sveriges Bostadsfin bought back SEK 100 million of its SBAB series 519 notes due March 23, 2011 and SEK 30 million of its SBAB series 523 notes due June 15, 2011, according to a company notice filed with the London Stock Exchange.

The repurchases were scheduled to settle on Feb. 25.

After the transaction, SEK 968 million of the series 519 notes and SEK 1.47 billion of the series 523 notes remain outstanding.

The Swedish housing finance corporation is based in Stockholm.
