Tacoma, Wash., Sept. 15 - AB Svensk Exportkredit priced an additional $8 million principal amount of 0% Elements due Feb. 13, 2023 linked to the MLCX Biofuels Index - Total Return via Nuveen Investments, LLC and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes settled in five tranches: $5 million at 115.689 on Aug. 12, $1.5 million at 123.777 on Aug. 25, $500,000 at 128.309 on Sept. 7, $500,000 at 124.971 on Sept. 12 and $500,000 at 125.016 on Sept. 13.
In total, the company has priced $28.5 million principal amount of the notes. The original $4 million of notes priced at par of $10 on Feb. 11, 2008.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, less an annual investor fee of 0.75%.
The notes are putable on weekly repurchase dates. There is a minimum put requirement of $5 million of securities.
The notes are listed on NYSE Arca under the symbol "FUE."
