New Issue: Nuveen, Merrill Lynch price $5.5 million more Elements on MLCX Biofuels for Svensk

San Diego, July 8 - AB Svensk Exportkredit priced an additional $5.5 million of 0% Elements due Feb. 13, 2023 linked to the MLCX Biofuels Index - Total Return via Nuveen Investments and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes settled in three tranches, specifically $3 million at 112.164 on May 10, $2 million at 108.707 on May 19 and $500,000 at 111.423 on May 23.

This brings the issue size to $20.5 million. The company originally issued $4 million of the notes at par of $10 on Feb. 11, 2008.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, less an annual investor fee of 0.75%.

The notes are putable on weekly repurchase dates. There is a minimum put requirement of $5 million of securities.

The notes are listed on the NYSE Arca under the symbol "FUE."
