Goldman plans 18- to 21-month notes tied to MSCI EAFE for Svensk

Chicago, April 4 - AB Svensk Exportkredit plans to price 0% equity index-linked notes based on the MSCI EAFE index via Goldman Sachs & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will mature between 18 and 21 months after issue.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any gain in the index, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,315.00 to $1,367.50 per $1,000 principal amount. The exact cap will be set at pricing.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
