New Issue: Goldman prices $2.25 million 0% notes linked to MSCI EAFE for Svensk

Chicago, March 25 - AB Svensk Exportkredit priced $2.25 million of 0% equity index-linked notes due Oct. 1, 2012 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of $1,300 per $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.
