New Issue: Goldman Sachs prices $3.92 million 0% notes linked to MSCI EAFE for Svensk

Tacoma, Wash., June 1 - AB Svensk Exportkredit priced $3.92 million of 0% equity index-linked notes due Sept. 26, 2011 linked to the MSCI EAFE index via Goldman, Sachs & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, subject to a maximum return of 19.5%. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 10% or less and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that it declines beyond 10%.
